To load the money that these people will be spending during the event, we give them the options to top up via different methods. In this way the wristband offers visitor the possibility to top-up money, check their balance and pay for the desired products, all with just a simple tap of the hand.

Customers can pre-purchase credit either online or onsite. The onsite top-up process can be a self-service process that allows the customers to enter their money in various formats (cash, credit card etc.) to the nearest topup station or manned via the support of the onsite staff. The amount will be transferred to the wristband and validated after each transaction to match the loaded sum.
